 Waypoint Wellness strives for holistic health and wellness – this is inclusive
of general health and wellness, pre- and post-natal health, yoga and more. Much like life itself, health and wellness is a journey that should be embraced. Helping our clients to reach full health potential and reach their goals, we work to provide individualized and unique health journeys.

We encourage various outlets and experiences for reaching one’s goals – find your optimal path to holistic care.

I offer 1:1 coaching and group coaching if want some extra resources and support in your wellness journey! I only take on a few clients and group each season to ensure that you all get the best coaching possible! Sign up while there’s still spots! I can’t wait to meet you!

MY JOURNEY INTO WELLNESS



My name is Valerye, and I am so excited that you have found Waypoint Wellness. I created Waypoint Wellness because I believed there was a better way to approach health and wellness. Whatever it is your seeking, self-confidence, sustainable weight loss, prenatal/postnatal care, or general wellness, I am here along with you the entire time. 

My first dive into the world of wellness was becoming a registered nurse. I’ve worked in many fields such as a pediatric camp nurse, and psychiatric nursing but my specialty is mothers and their babies. I am a certified lactation educator and am super passionate about nursing care to infants and their parent or parents. From there I got a certification in Wilderness Medicine, became a certified Nurse Coach and Holistic Nurse as well as a Certificated Functional Medicine Nurse. These program and certifications gave me so much needed insight on how many different ways wellness can be looked at and from there it wasn’t just a hobby but a passion.

I became a Health Coach through IIN and personal Trainer, as well as 500-hour certified yoga teacher. There is so much to share and so much to still learn! I believe that is one of the things that makes me truly unique. Everyone says on their resume that they love learning, but I really mean it, which means that I am not going to pretend to be some know-it-all expert on all thing’s wellness. I will share what I know and what has helped me but won’t stop learning and sharing all the new things I find too. 

Other things about me: I love the outdoors, I love podcasts, and I am definitely a proud nerd. So, I can’t wait to get to know you! I am so excited to have you join in on this amazing journey.
